Writing Wednesday..erm, Thursday

Late again for Writing Wednesday scheduled post (all I did yesterday was pack and travel, and pack some more, and read while I travelled) , because life has decided to pick me up and drag me around till I have no breath left to blog. However I did sign up for Nicole’s Bernard Pivot Blogfest, and here’s a (terribly late) entry. More details and other entries here.

What is your favorite curse word? Don’t have one 6. What sound or noise do you love? Crickets 7. What sound or noise do you hate? Traffic 8. What profession other than your own would you like to attempt? Cooking…become a chef! 9. What profession would you not like to do? Thanks, Golden Eagle 🙂

J.L., must make time and head over to read your answers!

Westcobich, I spent some time away in a very quiet place indeed and now am back in the big city. HATE the noise, but I'll get back to being so used to it I don't hear it at all! 🙁

Enjoyed this – especially your "turn off" reference to "noise." What IS it with noise lately? I find it so invasive. Maybe because there is always so much constant input. I treasure time at home in the wing chair with a candle burning and pen and paper at hand.

And yes, crickets!!!! Only a few more months 'til we hear their songs again!

  • Nine, you and I have in common and ten, yes, I'm definitely feeling that!

  • Interesting answers!

Crickets are peaceful, aren't they? I love their chirps. 🙂
