Writing about a New Book Cover


It is such a pleasure for a beginner writer like me to see the book cover of an anthology in which she is being published. Just one story in a short story anthology by Marshall Cavendish, but then, baby steps.

Other stories have found homes in other anthologies, and are under the publication process, but this one is the first cover I’ve seen.

Lots of help from a lot of friends–they say writing is a lonely process, but for me, I’m grateful for the insights friends and teachers have provided along the way.

It makes me feel like it is a beginning of a sort, and if I put in some hard work, who knows what the future holds?
